For those seeking a career in dance, Portland Festival Ballet places the dancer in a professional environment, giving him or her the opportunity to work towards a professional career.
Student
From creative and pre-ballet through our level 6 classes, the School provides an integrated dance curriculum for students who desire a quality dance education. Ballet is a focus, as well as modern, jazz, and tap.
Open
For adults and teens who seek to enjoy dance and want professional-level ballet instruction but are not necessarily set on a career in dance.
Educational
Ballet’s future rests upon the quality of its instructors. Portland Festival Ballet offers training for dance instructors, to enhance their skills and talent as teachers.
Choreography
For those desiring to understand and explore movement and gain a deeper understanding of dance, the School provides opportunities for the student to understand the fundamentals of choreography. Students will create original works, performed by fellow students.

due to acts of God such as inclement weather or personal reasons for leaving.
